Minimum Order . There is a minimum order of 5 formal dresses ( 2 or 3 for wedding dresses) for the first order (this is to deter the public ordering  using the wholesale option) 5 dresses also give an idea off our quality before deciding to become our stockist.  There will be no minimum order requirement for the next orders.

Brochure and Colour Chart : We will provide a brochure of our current evening wear (cocktail, Prom, evening dresses and full colour charts) with your first order. The majority of our dresses can be viewed on www.pauljina.com without any prices shown if you would like to discuss with your customers any details about our designs. (This site is currently being updated)

Our prices are based on the following benefits that shops/customers receive: 
They can be supplied made to measure, exclusively for each customer and in a wide range of colours and materials.

• Shops can also offer made to measure and custom made with any changes to the design making our dresses even more unique with customers personal touches.
• These dresses can be purchased as single items for each particular customer (after initial order – usually samples) a service that is rarely offered by other suppliers. No need to wait for minimum order quantity before placing an order reducing lead times considerably.
• Lead time can be as little as 4 weeks
• Our styles are unique and unlike many manufactures that use a few patterns with some slightly different details we use many different patterns.
• Our finishing quality is equal to other suppliers and we also add bust support and additional lining that many other suppliers do not provide.
• Our materials used are based on the style and the effect the designer wants. Not all materials act in the same way hence the choice of material is very important. Our dresses are not stiff hard satin dresses that are very common on the High Street.
• We are not a mass production manufacturer therefore can give attention to a customers individual needs (we can also source special materials as required by our customers) 
• Our prices are inclusive of delivery costs unlike other suppliers that charge for shipping costs as an additional hidden charge as well as insurance and require at least 20 dresses each time to get slightly cheaper than our prices.

Our RRP price is 2.5 times up. However we do not insist on any prices and let our stockist decide for them selves. (As our stockists are not near each other no pricing conflicts are expected)

Payment can be made by transfer to our account or electronically with Paypal (We will send invoice and payment button) First orders will require payment up front and future orders can  have credit terms agreed.
We are a UK company and we make our dresses in Thailand where we have experienced dressmakers and can find the necessary skills that we need. We also source all materials including Thai silk. Many of our dresses are  finished with hand beading

I am in Thailand at the moment and will be visiting Australia next as we are promoting our prom dresses for the busy prom season later this year.  
 
Returns can be accepted if faulty or not as ordered. Our dresses are inspected by our quality control department before dispatch
